Clothing Returns
JC Apparel would be happy to refund or exchange any clothing item that does not fit or did not meet your expectations. Please return the item in unwashed condition along with the original packaging and tags.
Return and Exchange Instructions:
Please review the guidelines listed above regarding the types of product(s) to be returned.
Please fill out the return form on the back side of your packing slip, please include the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the items you wish to exchange for (if applicable), and your return address information. In addition, if you are requesting another item of a different size or style, please check the website first for availability. Finally, if there is a price difference between the returned and the items requested, please include your credit card information for the difference amount.
Ship the returned items to the address below. For your protection, we suggest returning your merchandise with a shipping method that offers a tracking or delivery confirmation number.
